The home page of MySpace, a Web site for social networking, features a profile of the teenage idol Hilary Duff. Yes, her music is there, and so is marketing for a Procter & Gamble deodorant.
Procter & Gamble, the country's largest advertiser and an eager pursuer of new marketing methods, has begun an experimental promotion for its Secret Sparkle deodorant using music stars' personal profiles on a social networking Web site.
Under the deal, the MySpace.com home page features a profile of the singer Hilary Duff accompanied by logos for Secret Sparkle, an extension of the Secret brand that went on sale a year and a half ago. Read more [ here ]

Gentle nymphomaniac

LOL, GenttleKiss thinks she's a nymphomaniac. I used to think the same about myself, until I stopped using labels. Some people just have a bigger sex drive than others. I absolutely NEED at least 8 orgasms a day, otherwise I get depressed.

Wanna sleep in Britney's bed?

Guests at the Onyx Hotel can now sleep in Britney Spears ' room — if only in their dreams. The singer's mother, Lynne, designed a room at the Onyx, in downtown Boston, to look just like the pop singer's bedroom at her home in Kentwood, La.

The mini-bar is stocked with some of Brit's favorite treats — Cheetos, strawberry Pop Tarts, Starburst, Red Bull, Pepsi and orange juice. Her CDs and a DVD of her movie "Crossroads" are also on hand.

The room is decorated in off-white, with shades of green, gold, pink and soft blue. There's glass-beaded wallpaper over the headboard of the bed and the gold-speckled walls in the bathroom are decorated with fairies. The shower features a gold-toned shower curtain with gold beading.

A night in the 325-square-foot room will run you $349 in the high season (spring, summer, fall). The rest of the year, it's $259. Most rooms at the Onyx range from $229 to $299.
